UC Davis’ great strength is in the achievements attained across the university by our faculty, researchers, students, alumni and staff—including you and your colleagues. These accomplishments have created an international reputation for UC Davis that offers each of our colleges, schools and units a global calling card.
Through the UC Davis name, we benefit from one another’s achievements. And by using a common set of best practices for communication, we effectively reach our target audiences while continuing to build a consistent perception of UC Davis.
Among the tools found on this site are standards for use of the unit logo/identity system, as well as guidance on how to integrate the “Discover What Matters” identity line and brand messages into your materials. Our brand platform was developed to accommodate a wide variety of messages; we encourage you to work with University Communications to find a way to use it for your communications.
